Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or using The Creator's Prompt Vault, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase or use the ebook.

Digital product

The product is a digital PDF containing descriptive prompts and creative guidance for AI image tools.

No performance or income guarantee

The ebook does not guarantee ad performance, conversions, sales, engagement, customers, income or any particular financial or marketing result. Results depend on many factors including the offer, audience, creative execution, platform, market and implementation.

Permitted use

Your purchase gives you access to the digital ebook for your personal educational and creative use. You must not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, share, reproduce or commercially republish the PDF without appropriate permission.

Payment

The ebook is offered at the price displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Razorpay and the applicable payment-provider terms may also apply.

Delivery

After successful payment, the PDF is intended to be delivered to the purchaser's email address within 24 hours. Delivery may be affected by incorrect email details, email filtering or technical issues.

Refunds

Because this is a digital product, purchases are generally non-refundable after payment, subject to the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The ebook and its original written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchase does not transfer copyright ownership or permission to redistribute or republish the work.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the product, website or applicable requirements change. The current published version applies to future purchases from its stated update date.
