Delivery Policy

How the digital PDF is delivered and what to do if it does not arrive.

Digital delivery

The Creator's Prompt Vault is a digital PDF. No physical product is shipped.

When will I receive it?

After successful payment, the PDF is intended to be delivered to the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours.

If you do not receive it

1. Check the inbox, Spam, Promotions and Updates folders.
2. Confirm that the payment was successful.
3. Allow the stated 24-hour delivery window.
4. If the PDF is still missing, contact eleviqgrowthstudio@gmail.com with your purchase email and payment/order reference.

Access problems

If a delivered file cannot reasonably be accessed or is materially corrupted, contact support so the issue can be investigated and the file can be resent where appropriate.

Delivery limitations

Delivery timing can be affected by incorrect email details, email-provider filtering, technical issues or payment confirmation delays.
