Refund policy
All sales are final. No refunds will generally be provided after purchase because The Creator's Prompt Vault is a digital PDF. If there is genuine non-delivery or a material delivery/access issue that cannot reasonably be resolved, contact support first so the issue can be investigated.
Cancellation
Orders generally cannot be cancelled after successful payment because digital delivery may begin immediately.
Non-delivery or access problems
If you paid successfully but did not receive the ebook within 24 hours, contact eleviqgrowthstudio@gmail.com. We will verify the transaction and, where reasonably possible, resend the ebook or correct the delivery/access issue.
How to request help
- Email us using the address associated with your purchase where possible.
- Include your payment/order reference and approximate purchase date.
- Explain the issue clearly.
- Allow reasonable time for verification and resolution.
Exceptions and applicable law
This policy does not intend to exclude any consumer or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law provides a mandatory remedy, that requirement will apply.
